Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and welvy LLC ("welvy," "we," "us"). They cover the welvy CRM at app.welvycrm.com, the website at welvycrm.com, and anything else we provide under the welvy name (together, the "Service"). By visiting the website, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using welvy for a company, you agree for that company, and "you" means both you and the company.

If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use welvy

  • welvy is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and allowed to make this agreement for your company.
  • Access is by invitation. We may accept or decline any request for an account or a demo, for any reason.
  • You may not use the Service if you are a competitor of welvy, or if you work for, consult for or represent one, unless we've agreed in writing (see Section 4).

2. Your account

  • Keep your password, phone codes and backup codes private. Don't share a login. Each person needs their own.
  • You're responsible for everything done under your company's account, including by the team members you invite.
  • Tell us right away at hello@welvycrm.com if you think someone got into your account.

3. Your data

  • Your company's data belongs to you. That includes customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, files and notes.
  • You give us permission to store, process, back up and display your data only to run, protect and improve the Service for you.
  • We don't sell your data, and we don't show one company's data to another.
  • You're responsible for having the right to put data into welvy, including your customers' contact details and photos, and for following the laws that apply to how you use it.
  • If your account ends, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days. After that we may delete it, apart from copies kept in backups for a limited time or as the law requires.

4. Protecting welvy

welvy's design, screens, layout, workflows, features, wording, code and know-how took years of experience to build. To use the Service, you agree that you will not, and will not help or allow anyone else to:

  1. Copy it. Copy, reproduce, imitate or create works based on the Service or any part of it. That includes its screens, layout, design, workflows, features, text, templates, documents and graphics.
  2. Scrape it. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts or other automated means to access, collect, download or copy content or data from the Service or the website. The exceptions are the tools welvy itself provides, such as our Claude connector, used as intended.
  3. Reverse-engineer it. Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or otherwise try to discover the source code, structure, database design or inner workings of the Service.
  4. Study it for a competitor. Access or use the Service, or ask for a demo, to build, improve or market a competing product. Don't benchmark welvy or compare it for competitive purposes, or pass what you learn to anyone who does.
  5. Sign up as a competitor. Create an account, accept an invitation or attend a demo if you or your employer develop, sell or help market software that competes with welvy, unless we've agreed in writing first.
  6. Share it outside your company. Share screenshots, screen recordings, demo materials, logins or non-public information about the Service with anyone outside your company for any competitive or public purpose. Showing your own work to your own customers, such as an estimate, an invoice or an inspection report, is fine.
  7. Resell it. Sell, rent, lease, sublicense or give access to the Service to anyone outside your company, or use it to run a service for others.
  8. Get around its limits. Bypass or test security, sign-in, limits, permissions or anything that keeps companies' data apart. Don't probe the Service for weaknesses or overload it.
  9. Remove our marks. Remove or hide any welvy name, logo, copyright notice or other notice.

Confidential information. Anything about welvy that isn't public is confidential. That includes features shown only to customers, demos, plans, upcoming products (including welvy Code), pricing and terms offered to you. Keep it private, use it only to use the Service, and don't share it outside your company.

If these rules are broken, we may suspend or close the account right away without a refund. Breaking this section could cause welvy harm that money alone can't fix, so we may also ask a court to stop it (an injunction), in addition to any other rights we have. If we have to enforce this section, you agree to pay our reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

5. Ownership

  • welvy LLC owns the Service and everything that makes it up: the software, design, screens, layout, workflows, text, graphics, the welvy name and logo, and all improvements. These Terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own company while your account is active. They don't give you any ownership.
  • "welvy," "welvy CRM," "welvy Code" and the welvy logo are welvy's trademarks. Don't use them without our written permission.
  • If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without owing you anything.

6. Other services you connect

welvy can connect to services run by other companies, such as Gmail, CompanyCam, Google Maps, QuickBooks and Claude by Anthropic. When you connect one, that company's own terms and privacy policy also apply, and you can disconnect it at any time. We aren't responsible for those services.

7. Tools, numbers and drafts

welvy helps you work faster, but you make the final call. That covers estimate pricing, measurements and material quantities, tax, totals, follow-up emails, and reports drafted with the help of artificial intelligence (such as inspection reports). Check everything before you send it to a customer, supplier or insurance company. welvy doesn't give legal, tax, accounting, insurance or building-code advice.

8. Fees

If your company pays for welvy, the price, billing terms and any trial are in your order, invoice or written agreement with us. Fees aren't refundable unless that agreement says otherwise. We'll give you advance notice before changing what you pay.

9. New and early features

Some features may be new, in testing or marked "Soon" or "Beta." They may change or be removed, and they're provided as they are.

10. Suspension and ending your account

  • You can stop using welvy at any time.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, don't pay, put the Service or other customers at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first.
  • Sections 3 (data export), 4, 5, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14 continue to apply after your account ends.

11. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." As far as the law allows, we make no promises of any kind, express or implied. That includes promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We take backups and security seriously, but no online service is perfect.

12. Limit on what we owe

As far as the law allows:

  • welvy isn't responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost jobs or lost data, even if we were told they could happen.
  • welvy's total responsibility for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount your company paid welvy in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Your responsibility to us

You'll cover welvy's costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, if a claim is brought against welvy because of your data, your use of the Service, or your breaking these Terms or the law.

14. Law and where disputes are handled

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute about these Terms or the Service will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction chosen by welvy. Both parties agree to that court's authority over them and to it being the place where the dispute is heard, and give up any objection that it is an inconvenient place. welvy may still ask any court for an injunction to protect its confidential information or intellectual property.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. For important changes, we'll also tell account owners by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, that means you accept it.

16. The rest

  • These Terms, plus any order or written agreement with us, are the whole agreement about the Service.
  • If one part can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a part right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
  • You can't transfer this agreement without our written permission. We may transfer it if welvy is sold or reorganized.
